Fished with Scotty on the Kenai and Logan on the Kasilof. They worked super hard, were on time and professional, and helped us limit out all the days we fished with them. Highly recommend these guys and will use them again. Great trip!!!

My husband and I had an absolute blast fishing with Scott on our honeymoon! He took the time to teach us the technique and we caught our max in no time. Would absolutely do it again and recommend him to anyone! He also connected us with a local business to freeze and ship our fish back home which was such a help.

The trip of a lifetime started with the conversation I had with Scotty in February of ‘24. Scotty was great! He helped my son and I set up a time when the Reds would be in the river. Scotty was an exceptional communicator. He kept us informed about the time and place to meet for our trip on the Kenai. He met us with everything we needed for a successful day on the water. His equipment was top notch. He shared his knowledge of fishing Reds with us. Flossing was a different technique than we had ever used before and he was great at sharing this technique, also. Scotty put us on fish right away. My son and I each got our limit of 12 Reds in no time. Scotty cleaned and washed the fish. They were beautiful red fillets. Scotty advised us who we should use to help package our fish. They also did a wonderful job. We fished 2 more days with Scotty with the same results. Scotty is a professional. We will be making a trip back to the Kenai to fish with Scotty again.

You know you are with a top guide when you are first off the river with your limit bag! Scott is a top guide with great local knowledge, excellent communication and a good all round person to spend a day fishing with. As we travelled from the other side of the world to experience fishing in Alaska with Scott we couldn't fault his service and communication. Right from time of booking to when he handed us our filleted salmon at the end of a great days fishing. Thanks Scotty we hope we can return to your beautiful country sometime soon.

Scotty is an awesome guide. He is very knowledgeable and patient with any level. We were a group from 70yrs to 19 yrs old. He is a great teacher of the skills you need. We had such an amazing time on the Kenai. We got 17 great sockeyes. 48 lbs of filets. I hadn’t fished the Kenai in 50 years. We had the best time. That river is Beautiful and Scotty knows the best spots. We were so lucky to have him. He is a really nice guy. Thx Scotty an unforgettable day on the Kenai.

A good guide can tell you how many fish you caught at the end of the day. A great guide can tell you how many pounds your limit of sockeye salmon will be after it’s cleaned. That’s exactly what Scott did on our trip with him fishing for sockeye salmon on the Kenai river. He guessed 40 pounds and we came in at 39.9! It was a great experience and Scott was in tune with all the necessary details to not only give us a great time, but catch our limit. Heck, he even helped this geriatric (me not my wife) out into the water so I didn’t fall and ruin the whole trip! Highly recommend Kenai Drift Anglers if you want to have a great time and create lasting memories!

Scott (owner) was very helpful in recommending the best dates for the type of trip we wanted to have. Scott was timely in answering any questions we had and set us up with Logan as our guide. Logan did an outstanding job. He got us setup for the sockeye salmon run perfectly and we caught all 3 of our limits before 7am. Perfect trip.
